“Some days I feel like a piano: kind of short, always in black & white, always expected to produce music.”

-Alber Elbaz, Artistic Director, Lanvin

You have to appreciate Mr. Elbaz’ perfect use of the writing tool known as a simile (a figure of speech in which two unlike things are explicitly compared, as in “she is like a rose”).

Using simile’s in your speech and writing can create a more visual experience for your listener/reader.  Not sure how to use  it?  Let Write in Color help!
